Wild and Free: Cooking from Nature, O'Brien Press, 1979. A
fascinating book about food and drink, concentrating on the more
common and easily recognisable sources of wild and free food -
those most associated with traditional use.

Women of Ireland: Tír Eolas,

of Irish history and culture. It reached the best seller list in
Ireland and entered the American market where it sold
extensively.
