kit  Kit Ó Céirín
Kit has co-authored three books with her late husband Cyril Ó Céirín, nationally known poet and author.

Wild and Free: Cooking from Nature, O'Brien Press, 1979. A fascinating book about food and drink, concentrating on the more common and easily recognisable sources of wild and free food - those most associated with traditional use.
Séadna: Glendale Press, 1990. The first translation of the popular Irish classic tale about good and evil.
Women of Ireland: Tír Eolas, 1996. The first comprehensive biographic dictionary, documenting the rich and varied contributions women have made to the shaping of Irish history and culture. It reached the best seller list in Ireland and entered the American market where it sold extensively.
She was also a co-editor of the book A Place Called Doolin: Rathbane Publishing, 2002. She has also written extensively for both Ireland's Own and Ireland's Eye

Eoghan Ó Céirín
